About Us
We provide services to Morris County senior citizens, veterans, and disabled populations, including transportation, meals, and protective services. We are divided into three divisions: Office of Aging, Office of the Disabled, and Veterans Services.

Seniors
- Information on Senior programs

Disabled
- Provides information and referral on
programs and services for individuals
individuals with disabilities.

- Provides case management services to those who are unable to access services on their own behalf.
- Coordinates the Personal Assistant Services Program
(PASP) serving individuals with disabilities who are
employed, attending school or
volunteering in the community.

Veterans
- Coordinates the Freeholder Service Medal
Ceremonies.
- 89 in 2006 / 8,300 since 2001
- Provides information and guidance on veterans’ rights and benefits.
- Provides assistance in completion of forms and filing of
compensation claims.
- Assisted 264 Vets in 2006
- Provides assistance with referrals for assistance with employment, education, health care, replacement of military records/medals and correction of military records.
- Records the location of veteran graves
within Morris County and supplies
flags to decorate these graves on
Memorial Day.
- 22,000 flags distributed in 2006
